Ingredient List
350 grams ripe mashed banana
100 grams coconut oil
100 grams yellow sugar
5 grams vanilla essence
30 grams coconut milk
280 grams cake flour
10 grams baking powder
2 grams cinnamon
1 gram salt
85 grams chocolate chunks
65 grams pecan slithers
Method:
1. Mix wet ingredients very well
2. Add dry ingredients
3. Line small baby bread pans
4. Bake approx 10-15 minutes until just set at 160’C
