Baked is always better that cooked! 

Our baked goods resemble beautiful old-world style of layered cakes and deep panned tarts and quiches 
with heaps of frosting or cheese and a scatter of garnishes to round things off. 

Of course cakes take a day to bake and cool, and rest, then another day to ice 

- this is the process of hand-made home-made philosophies -

 

you cannot rush through this, 
the cheesecake wont be set, and your layers will literally melt the icing and slide off the moment you drive out the gate… 

So for us to emerge ourselves into our zen art of cake baking and croissant folding meditations 
- give us at least two days notice 

when you have an emergency and urgently need glorious comfort to soothe over or lead into celebrations!
