1 tot Tequila (Good quality!)

1 tot Cointreau Liqueur

1/2 tot lime cordial

1 tot lemon syrup

4 block of ice

mix together in a shaker very well for at least 2 minutes 

the ingredients must be ice cold and slightly diluted by the ice

run a wedge of lemon around the rim of the glass

turn upside down onto a plate of salt 

make sure the rim gets well salted


Lemon Syrup:


1/3 cup lemon juice

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

zest of the lemons

combine all the ingredients in a pot together on the stove and bring to the boil

boil together for 5 minutes

cool and store in a bottle or jar in the fridge for three months
